Free mammograms in August

If you’re 35 years old, or older, you should get a mammogram. Skipping even one mammogram greatly increases your risk of dying from breast cancer.

Nevada Health Center’s mammovan will be in the Las Vegas area in August to provide no cost mammograms to women 35 and older.

What is the mammovan?

The mammovan is a mobile mammography clinic. It has been providing mammography services in towns and cities across Nevada for over 20 years.

When will the mammovan be here?

The mammovan will be in the Las Vegas area from August 7 to August 20.

How do I make an appointment?

Call 877-581-6266 and select option 1.

Where do I go?

The mammovan will make stops in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City. Follow this link for a calendar of dates and locations.

What should I bring?

• A government-issued photo ID
• Your insurance card
• The name and phone number of your doctor
• The following forms, completed and signed:
  • Mammography patient form (All patients)
  • Women’s Health Connection Enrollment (Women 40 to 49 only)

Do I need a referral?

• If you are 40, or older, you do not need a referral.
• If you are 35 to 39 years old, a doctor’s referral is required.
