Spinach salad with sliced red onions recipe
Ingredients
- 10 pounds (lbs) of trimmed and chopped fresh spinach
- 2 pounds (lbs) of sliced red onions
- 2 cups of sliced black olives
- 12 diced boiled eggs
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss evenly.
- Slowly drizzle in the salad dressing of your choice while tossing.
- Serve on a large platter or in a bowl.
