Grilled chicken with balsamic honey glaze recipe
Main ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- Vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon (tsp) of black pepper
- Salt and additional pepper to taste

- 16 ounces (oz) of balsamic vinegar
- 8 ounces (oz) of honey
Directions
- Combine the balsamic vinegar and honey in a sauce pan.
- Simmer and reduce to a syrup-like consistency.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Brush the chicken with oil.
- Grill the chicken in a hot, well-seasoned pan until done. About 8 minutes.
- Arrange the chicken on a platter and brush with the glaze.
