Mental health
We offer great mental health benefits for your patients. If your patients need help dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, or other emotional problems in their lives, please refer them to Harmony Healthcare or Human Behavior Institute.
However, referrals are not required for mental health services.

- Crisis intervention (such as thoughts of suicide)
How much will it cost my patients?

| If your patient needs to stay in a hospital | $250 copay per hospital stay | $2,000 copay per hospital stay, plus 40% of remaining allowable charges. |
Out-of-network service
Mental health and substance abuse benefits are only covered if your patient goes to an in-network provider except for inpatient hospitalization.
If your patient has an inpatient stay at a non-network hospital, the copay is $2,000 per admission. Your patient then pays 40% of the remaining allowable charges.
