If your patients are 35 years or older, it’s important for them to get a mammogram once a year. The basic mammogram is covered as a preventive service and there is no copay if they:
- Are 35 years or older
- Have not had a mammogram in the last year

Your patients can go to any in-network diagnostic imaging facility.
How much will it cost my patients?
- There’s no copay for a basic mammogram or a 3D mammogram.
