Life and AD&D insurance gives your family financial support when they need it most. These are monetary benefits that are paid to your loved ones if something were to happen to you. These benefits are available at no cost to you.
What are my benefits?
The following benefits are available to participants only.

How do I choose a beneficiary?
Simply fill out a Life Insurance Beneficiary FormDownload PDF at the Customer Service Office.
You can also call the Customer Service Office at 702-733-9938 to add or change a beneficiary.
What if one of my dependents passes away?
If one of your dependents passes away, you (the participant) will be paid their life insurance benefit.

Why is life and AD&D insurance important?
Life and AD&D insurance provides support for your family during tough times. It’s meant to temporarily replace your income and relieve some of your family’s stress if you get hurt in an accident or pass away.
It can help your family with:
- Monthly rent and utilities
- Debt or school tuition
- Funeral and burial costs
- Other things that may be needed
Accelerated Death Benefit
Your life insurance benefits include an Accelerated Death Benefit of up to $15,000. If you become terminally ill, you’re able to use some of your life insurance benefit while you’re still alive. This helps you stay comfortable near the end of your life.
