In-network dental care
Your patients must get their dental services from a Culinary network dentist in the Nevada Dental Benefits (NDB) group for this plan.
Your patients can find an in-network dentist by visiting NDB’s website and choosing “NDB Managed Care Plans” in the Find A Dentist section.

Your patients’ copays for braces from a Culinary network dentist:
For who | Length of treatment | Copays | Other information |
---|---|---|---|
Eligible dependents under age 19* | 24 months | $850
Dental treatment depends on the diagnosis. If treatment will be longer than 24 months or requires additional appliances (a device that is used to assist in the movement or positioning of teeth during treatment), your patient may have to pay additional costs. | Your patients will only receive the orthodontic benefit during the months that they are eligible and in treatment. |
Your patient and your patient’s eligible dependents age 19 and over* | 36 months | $2,700
If your patient needs a retainer at the end of active treatment, your patient may need to pay an additional amount up to $400. |
