Your Culinary patients work long hours and are often on their feet. Their jobs can be especially hard on their bodies and cause pain. That’s why we cover chiropractic care.
A chiropractor can help your patient with:
- Neck pain
- Back pain
- Joint pain in the arms and legs
- Headaches
Where can I refer my patients?
Refer patients to any in-network PPO chiropractor. We only pay for services from an in-network PPO chiropractor.
How much will my patients pay for chiropractic care?

| Per visit | No copay | $15 copay, then we pay 100% of the remaining allowable charges. |
| X-rays | No copay | $30 copay per visit, then we pay 100% of the remaining allowable charges. |
We only cover some chiropractic services. Be sure to check which services we cover for your patient. Patients must pay all of the costs for any non-covered service.
